Brought my '70 fastback there for some work. Couple tires (which the girl showed me) and a cable. OVER A MONTH LATER I go by and I hear excuses. "They don't make those tires" "The tires are on special order" et cetera. I notice on the receipt it was promised on the 23rd.. OF JUNE... I never got one call about the bike or anything and most importantly never got any sort of apology for taking so long. I kept my composure when they said "we'll try and get that done today" and left. After thinking about it for a few minutes I called back and said "leave the bike alone, I'm coming to get it." When faced with an irate customer (that he created with poor customer service) he tried to get me to go into h is garage to talk, I explained that all I had wanted was an apology, that I run a business and when I drop the ball I prostrate myself in front of the customers and find out how to make them happy. His response started off with "first off...." and that was enough. I waited outside at his request and took my bike. I had been told by a friend that he stole pieces of a classic bike when instructed to keep all replaced items whether junk or not... but I wanted to give him a chance. Never again.
