This young woman went out of her way to resolve our recent vehicle problem, and consistently demonstrates patience, professionalism and above all an outstanding work ethic that seems to be missing in society today.
We have been long time customers of Crestmont Cadillac and purchased our STS from them largely because we are so very pleased with the Service Department.

Provided by YP.comI have to thank Alex, Ray, Debbie, and the entire staff for the professionalism that was displayed during the purchase of my 2010 SRX. Ray Pointer represents the dealership well. His visibility in the community has earned him a reputation of being the upmost professional salesman. Based solely upon his well deserved reputation, I knew that I wanted to work with Ray and Crestmont.
Mere words could never adequately convey how my overall sales experience with the dealership was, simply put, unparalleled. Your entire staff went above and beyond "good customer service". Their service could only be rated as exceptional!
Within 2 hours after driving my new vehicle 2.2 miles from the dealership, I had the misfortune of having a "parked" vehicle left in drive, collide with my vehicle which was parked at the same restaurant. I was very impressed that after being advised by Beachwood Police Office Piro of this unfortunate incident, Alex called me that night to inquire about my well being. He reassured me that the body shop was more than capable of restoring my vehicle to its original condition. Not surprising, he was right. Debbie and the body shop staff worked diligently to repair my vehicle to its original condition. It is my pleasure to be a Crestmont Cadillac customer. I look forward to our continued relationship as my experience was remarkable.
