Provided by YP.comI had placed an order through Barnes & Noble and never received it. Called B&N and they made it sound like it was Integrity's fault. Called and spoke with Mara and she was extremely helpful and informed me that B&N had never sent her the order. Sure enough, checked my credit card info and it was billed to B&N not Integrity Books. She was very helpful and understanding.
Awesome Service even for ppl who aren't customers.
