Eggplant ravioli – Friday night favorite! I always laughed when people order ravioli out, it’s just something you make at home – but their delicious twist on this all-time favorite makes it worth ordering out. Cheese ravioli, butter wine sauce, eggplant and other veggies – it’s a great meal 2 of us share on a Friday night when cooking at home just isn’t an option. Their pizza is pretty good also!

Pleasant Ridge II is a relative newcomer to Beacon, and we order from them all of the time. Great garlic knots, pasta, seafood and chicken will delight. They have a small pizza

booth room, and a lovely dining room as well. Reasonable, and delicious.
