If you want a terrible customer service experience, go to this store. Today I visited this location to buy items for my Kindergarten classroom. After reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I bought four totes and was charged for five. I went back in to let them know and to get my dollar back. The manager told me I would have to get another item and that they could not give me my extra dollar back because I used my debit/credit card. I was very upset about this. If I had been at another store and charged for an extra item, $1 or $10, any business would glady issue a return for THEIR mistake. I understand that it was only a dollar, but it is the principle. Finally the manager ROLLED her eyes and got me a dollar from the safe. I thanked her and as I walked out, she proceeded to complain about me to the associate and other customers. I cannot believe that someone with such poor customer service is hired to work in a store, let alone be a manager. Are there no standards for this company? As a former store associate/cashier in several retail stores, I would probably be written up or terminated had I treated a customer in that way. I can say that I will never return to this location, if any
