Provided by YP.comKnow exactly what your getting into and you will love your stay here. Regardless, you will certainly love the trail ride. This isn't your 5 star hotel stay, these are real cabins in the wooded hills. The staff provides you with reasonable priced place to stay on their ranch with different options regarding your needs or budget. You can even throw up a tent for 10 bucks. There are no cute soaps in the shower, neatly folded TP, or fresh bedding. You must provide all this yourself. But as long as you know that ahead of time the cabins are exactly what you need to get some peaceful time out in nature and ride some horses. There is also a neat community saloon in the center to hang out in if you get cabin fever. The staff is amazing, there aren't a hundred rules and regulations, and you'll never find a better ride. Everything here is based on your needs. Want to be left alone, you will never hear from anyone. Want some company, the staff will come hang out. Want a thrill ride, they will provide. Want a peaceful trail ride, there isn't a better place. Want luxury, there is a cabin for that. Want to live off the land, there's many options for that. I will be back every chance I get.

Provided by YP.comThese were the best of trails I have ever ridden on at a guest ranch. Horses were well behaved and the staff was very friendly. I'll be returning with my kids next summer.

Provided by YP.comInitially as we showed up the ranch was a interesting sight it had a old time western feel to it, as we walked around it took about 20 almost 30 minutes to find someone and be serviced. After we did some paper work and got into our cabin we took some time to explore the inside and were not to impressed with the cabin they called the bunk house and that we rented for 3 days on one side the roof had a leak which i would imagine led to the majority of the wall being black mold and a musty smell the window cranks were missing and or caulked shut so opening any more the 2 windows out of maybe 8 was made impossible, so we slept with the door open that night trying to get the best draft possible. The next morning we went up towards the sign up room to fill out wavers for horseback riding and immediately within minutes of filling the forms out you could easily distinquish the smell of mold and musky smell which isn't to big of a deal in small portions but when looking around and noticing a stack of moldy dishes behind the signup counter in the kitchen we could kinda tell where the smell might have been coming from. Before the ride I decided to use the customer bathroom which again 50% if not more of the walls we decaying with water damage and unkept. Besides the mold and mildew smells and unkept facilities the trails were amazing and the horses were gorgeous, but coming from a family who dealt with horses alot while growing up there were a few things that stood out, being unkept hooves and saddle sores that appeared to go unnoticed by the staff on hand, and was never tended to. The horses appeared to be well fed and once again were beautiful on the trail. Later after the trail ride we decided to check out some of the other cabins that were offered for rent, the twin oaks as they called it appeared to be a nice family cabin but when entering again could easily notice mold spots on different parts of the ceilings and lack of maintenance on the bathroom and shower, but all in all a cute looking cabin from the outside. The cabin next to it appeared to be one of the better maintained cabins there called the amish along with the ponderosa. When bringing the to attention of the problems with the bunk house we were told someone will come over to help as soon as possible by our third day there we still didn't have anyone come to help which resulted in a early departure from the ranch a half a day early and missing out on our 2nd ride due to dissapointment in service and hospitality for paying customers.
