This Bonding Co., surely isn't up front with the Judicial System, and apparently can be bought. They posted the bond of an Illegal Alien on 2-1-07, on a Bigamy charge, who was out on bond from the federal gov't for deportation. When I advised the owner that this man was an illegal, he said he wasn't concerned, as he had a co-signor. When he was advised his client had suppossedly left the country after being ordered to deport to either Canada or Lebanon, and he should advise the judge that his client had left the country, so a warrant could be issued, and he could be held the next time he was seen, he wasn't happy with this suggestion. I learned that Jim Andrews co-signed the bond, and when he died a couple of months ago, I took him the obituary, his comment was "guess I'll have to file a claim against his estate".
