I rented my home through Beaufort Rentals for 4 plus years. I received my rent payment every month without fail. All maintenance items were handled quickly and the companies used charged fair prices. If any situations arose that were out of the ordinary Matt Flewelling handled it. I would recommend renting your home through this company.

Beaufort Rentals is our landlord. They take good care of us. Donna the office manager is a gem. Of course, we have the same name, so she has to be awesome, which she is. If we have a problem, she takes care of us right away. Keep up the good work Donna!

The water pressure is so awful in the Oakview Commons unit (Taft Street) rented to us that the owner actually complained to the neighbor about it before moving out and renting it to us through Beaufort Rentals. There is an online news article from last year about it and even the plumber they sent out three times said this was a well-known issue. The lack of water pressure makes it nearly impossible to take a shower or do dishes: it's inexcusable to have to wait up to a day to do either. There's nothing like starting to shower, thinking the water pressure has finally recovered, only to have it drop again, and you have no way of rinsing off. Sometimes it's so bad the back of the toilet can't fill up with water, so the toilet is non-functional for hours. Yet, according to Matthew the water pressure is sufficient and nobody else has ever complained.
