They are now doing alterations. i called them and they said the things i needed altered seemed like a quick fix. to com in by 5pm or they would be there 9-2 on saturday. i showed up at 1230 saturday and they refused to give me business because they were to busy. i mean I called and you said come in any time. I am understanding, and would have came back. But they were rude, the lady behind the counter said she didn't take the call. (Who cares who too the call) Will never go back and would never recommend this place.

Several items were damaged during the laundry process. The owner was very rude. Many shirts came back with buttons missing. Terrible customer service.

it seem everytime i enter oxford cleaners there is a problem and i have no understandint to this ladies attitude towards me.

i bring my son rotc uniform every week and i get treated like trash she calls me names i wont mentions and then tells me to finds anothers store.

plus i have my wedding dress there and cant afford to get it out right now and was told she will sell it if i dont remove it from the store.

Oxford cleaners is not a pleace of peace with this lady there.
