Great food and great customer service

Ordered a steak and knife couldn't even cut it. Nasty food

They used to serve mainly "out-of-the-box" entrees so I never went much. When I DID go, my experience with this particular Applebee's is that the service can be hit-and-miss. Once I had to send my food back 3 times because they brought the wrong items!! Each time it was a different person bringing it. Once, my waiter apologized for not bringing me the grilled chicken rather than the fried even as he placed the food in front of me. (Why didn't he return it to the chef?) Another lunch burger came with bone fragments in the beef.

Even with the new menu items, I just don't trust this place. My three star rating is perhaps a little optomistic.
