I don't know why anyone would give this place a bad review. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! First of all let me tell you I am one of those people where if I am not happy with a place I will let you know about it but it takes an extra special place to make me want to leave a good review. Prior to my first appointment I hadn't been to the dentist in about 7 years. I was scared to death to go. I have not had good experiences with dentists as a kid. I chose this office after doing my homework and seeing they offered many things in house and had new and updated equipment and techniques that many dental offices don't have. They set my appointment with Dr. Moore who I would describe as being a German Mary Poppins. She is so wonderful, warm, sweet and funny. She knew exactly what she was doing and never faltered. She explained everything that was done and needed to be done and showed me all the issues that I had and believe me I had plenty. Then she had a financial expert who came in a spent time with me figuring out what I could afford and what I needed. She never pushed me into any decisions and if there were any procedure questions on why something was necessary or not or how it was to be done, she called in Dr Moore to answer them which she always did with a smile. They, including the dental assistants, were all very patient with me and very helpful. They all were concerned with me getting what I needed and that it was pain free. And, at the end of the visit, I left with my cheeks being sore. Not because of the procedure but because they were so kind and funny and made me laugh and smile. I will never go anywhere else.
