This place doesn't deserve more than a one star. I called a few weeks ago and spoke with Francisco a salesman. He was going to get me pricing on a few different flat beds for my 2006 dodge 2500 and was supposed to email me the information. I never received anything from him so I called him the next day a ans he said he got busy..... So I asked to please send the info as soon as possible, please! He then called back and gave me pricing on a bed that wasn't for my truck. He took down the wrong info and was not on top of his job. At this point I was getting frustrated hut knew I would give him another shot. He then said he found the correct truck bed and so I then made an appointment to get it put on. I wanted my appointment to be on Friday afternoon and pick up after hours on sunday. At this point everything was going great. Then I get an email from Francisco reminding me of my appointment for Friday morning. I sent an email stating that was not going to work because I had work on Friday morning and couldn't make it to there shop till 1pm. He called and said that if I didn't get there by Friday morning that the job could possibly not be done till Monday. I told him I lived 2 hours away and had work Monday so that would not work. He for better words did not give a F word. So I called the manager and he did make it all work out. So I dropped of my truck and signed paperwork for the truck bed he had sent pics of and I approved of.
I left and about 4 hours later he called and said there was a mistake and they didn't have that truck bed for my truck. You could imagine at this point how mad I was.
So Francisco said he had another truck bed that was $700 more then the one I was supposed to be getting. So he sent pictures over and I called him back wondering why this one was more because by the looks of the pictures it didn't look like it was $700 more then the other. The one that was my first choice had rails on the sides of bed and the one that was more money had none. He then explained that the was more options and I asked if I could put rails on this other bed and he said yes. I asked him to send my pricing and he was going to get that to me the next day, well the next day came along and his parts guy was conveniently not there to give me pricing. So he said he would call me Monday.
I picked up the truck and they "forgot" to put my plate back on the truck, which I thought was weird. I called Monday afternoon because I had still not heard from Francisco and he wasn't in. The manager called me back and said he would get the price and get back to me and also send my plated to my home address because they forgot. I never received a call back from the manager and I got a call today which is Tuesday from Francisco asking me if I was going to come pick up my plate for my truck. I said No your manager was going to send it to me yesterday and also get back to me on pricing for the rails. He was so sorry he had to call in sick yesterday and so I guess that means I get put on the back burner.... I told him he needs to send me my plates and also I had the most experience with them. He tried to apologise but at this point I really don't think he truly cares and or he just needs to find a different job.

I guess I should have gone with my original feeling and gave my business to someone that was going to give better care towards my business. I would never suggest going to this business to anyone. Hope this can help someone to not deal with all the bullsh*t I had to go through.
