Worst shop ever!!!

I came in for an oil change and left with a broken down car! Express lube put the oil filter in incorrectly. Isn’t their job to do oil changes correctly!?! Less than 20 miles driven and I had to be towed and have another shop repair the damages that they caused. The response was not a refund but I could get a free oil change! What type of idiot do you think I am!?! Who in their right mind would go back to a shop that can’t even do a simple oil change!?! Stay away!!! They are negligent and will cause damage!!

Today I arrived at 4:15 for an oil change/tire rotation. (They close at 5 p.m.) A very nice employee informed me that they could do the oil change but not the tire rotation because there was one car ahead of me. Really? She suggested that I have the oil change done and come back the next day for the tire rotation. I should make 2 trips when they had time to do both things? What happened to customer service? I have been having them service my car off and on for more than 5 years, but I won't be back. I will find someone who is interested in accommodating the customer in a reasonable manner.

I take both my cars there. Clean place, friendly staff. They always have great coupons even on smog service.
