Terrible service!! First of all the attitude needs to be checked when working in an environment where customer service is a priority. Secondly I had a few questions regarding the burgers and all were short answers, with attitude. I rather drive out west and get great customer service.

Went to Farmer Boys in Beaumont first time the other day. I told them I'd never been at their restaurant before and I wanted to try a cheeseburger. She called it a Big Cheese. I explained I was allergic to wheat so to make the burger without bread to wrap it in lettuce and dry NO SAUCE because a lot of sauces have gluten as well. I waited 25 minutes for my order. When it came it was with the bread and the sauce. I told the girl who brought that I ordered it without bread and sauce. She said, "Oh, I didn't know, it wasn't marked that way" no apology just left and I waited another 10 minutes or so and the order came this time with no bread but with the sauce. I returned it to the counter and told the same girl who took my order from the counter originally that they made it wrong twice now AGAIN, no apology just took the plate and went to the back. I sat down and finally got the order by then the fries were cold and I couldn't find the meat as it was so thin you couldn't tell it was there. Never did one person apologize for getting the wrong order, especially knowing it was my first time there, no one tried to make me feel better about so I would come back. I am NEVER going back.
