I love this place.... I have been coming to Red Persimmon Nails for about 6 years now, and I love the service! They are very friendly and concerned about your nail experience. Here's a great example of what I mean...About a week after I had my nails done, I had accidentally broken my nail and went in to have it fixed. I waited about 4 minutes and they happily fixed it for me for free. I have been to many other nail salons, and I always felt like they could have cared less about my business. Red Persimmon Nails has a loyal customer due to their wonderful customer service.

In this case, I wish I could give a 0 star. A 1 star is being generous. A few days ago I went in for a pedicure. I was told it would be a 30 min wait. I walk around for 30 and I come back to which they say to have a seat. I waited for an additional 20 mins. Finally I'm called and I proceed to put my feet in the spa for a pedi. The nail tech Hong, started picking and digging at my big toes. She then started ripping skin which caused me to bleed! at that point, she was putting some blue gel along the sides(to stop the bleeding?) I was shocked at how my feet were handled. That night, my toes were sore but I chalked it up to having a rough pedi. The next day I had a full blown infection in the outer grooves of both big toes! I then had to stroll to urgent care to be seen by a doctor. The doctor said both toes were definitely infected and was either from the digging and/or using tools that were not sanitized correctly (I am now buying my own kit for future pedis). I am on 10 days of antibiotics and I have band aids on my toes(not the look I was goin for). I am a mother of a young child and this was suppose to be my day to do something nice for myself. Ha! What a croc. Definitely learned my lesson. Never again! Avoid this place!

I get nails done by Cindy. I tried other salons but have had a lot of trouble with consistency. Pedicures are great as well

Heather is the manager there; she is all about customer service. If you ever have a problem, talk to her. I have sent some of my employees to her that had complaints about one thing or another; she has always made it right. She wants repeat customers and this woman never forgets a face or name. It had been 6 weeks between the first time I went there and the 2nd time I went, she remembered my name and what I had done and she wasn't the one that done my nails!! Awesome, oh and the problem employee that the complaints were about, is gone.........I recommend this place, give it a try you won't be disappointed!
