We were there one previous time to get batteries replaced it our prevost bus everything went fine, after we had left we found out they're never turned our inverters back on luckily we have enough knowledge to figure that out, We called this year for some repairs to an awning they set up an appointment we drove three and a half hours out of our way, pulled into their business and hooked up to their electric to be greeted by them the next day, to make a long story short we ended up staying there 8 days and never had one thing completed they make you feel like they're doing you a favor letting you come in there, on the phone they said they were experts in the field on the zip Dee awnings ended up way too complicated for them. After 8 days there sitting doing nothing they told us it would take three and a half weeks to get the awning made and if it was wrong they would not take responsibility even though they are the ones that have to measure it, our father was with us on this trip in our bus he is 90 years old and would be out of his medication we live in Iowa, so Monday morning on the 8th day when the owner finally measured the 3rd or 4th time including his office manager and multiple employees contacted Zip Dee and then announced this to us we packed up our bus and left making the seven-hour trip totally worthless, also whenever we inquired on how the job was going or had any input we actually had an employee raise their voice to us and pretty much just tell us off, I have never seen anything like that in the business world and needless to say we will never be back,From the time I pulled in their business they made me feel they were doing me a huge favor ??? I had a choice of three other businesses two of them even being closer but I thought since I had been here once for my batteries I would give them some return business, Big Mistake !!

I have not been there since Roger Beauchemin opened up at the same location by the name of Signature Coachworks. When Roger was the manager there for Marathon, we were treated very well. He always treat us with respect and always did a great job on on our Marathon Coach. I'm sure nothing has changed since he started his own company. I wish the best and the next time we need work don on our Marathon and we are near California we will go to Signature Coachworks. Cam Colon, Tampa, Florida
