I'm not one to "blast" businesses when I receive poor customer service, but I feel completely disrespected by AAA Rental. I rented a bounce house for my sons birthday. This company is AWFUL at communication with customers and did not call to let me know when they would be delivering the bounce house. I just so happened to be at home during the work day because my son was sent home from school. They were too busy to pick up the bounce house on Monday so I agreed to keep the bounce house one more day. I specifically asked that I be called before the came to pick it up so that I could ensure I would be there to let them in. I never heard from them on Tuesday, but when I got home from work, they had come to get the bounce house meaning they had to climb the fence and unlock the gate (which locks from the inside). Meanwhile, my dog was inside the house and ate the framing on the door trying to get out because there were strangers in the yard. I immediately called and the lady who answers the phone said she would call the delivery team and asked what happened. Never heard back. My husband called and spoke to the owner the next morning and the owner admitted that her employees entered our backyard without permission and saw no problem with it. She was completely unapologetic about the whole situation, arguing that her business was "swamped" and too busy to call yesterday. I am just blown away that a company would be okay with employees breaking and entering into a customers yard. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

They are very nice when you're paying them, but after that, their customer service stops. The tent was not clean and smelled like a petting zoo, but we were willing to look past that and do what we could to make it smell better. The men who set up our tent didn't have the right equipment and asked us if we had what they needed. They set up the dance floor poorly with screws missing and when I asked them to fix it, the one guy who understood English told me it was going to be fine and left it that way. It poured on our wedding day and flooded the ground, so we couldn't even use the tent for the reception. When we called to see about having someone move it (telling them we would pay whatever needed to be paid), they said there was nothing they could do. When we asked about a partial reimbursement, they told us they weren't in the business of refunds. I do not recommend anyone to use this company for your rental needs.
