Very rude, unprofessional, charged me twice on my card, when I called she said it was my bank and hung up on me, when I called back they wouldn't answer!
My bank don't have anything to do with their machine or their charges! My bank only pays out what is charged!

Inside sales people are nice. But there outside sales has a lot to be desired. Some sales people never inform you on products.In fact a sales rep does not come to our salon.If I need something I have to order it by phone.I guess they dodnt call on salons unless unless you order a great amount.

I have an account with Armstrong McCall Beauty Supply and the employee that answered the phone would not give me a price over the phone. Every other beauty supply store I have ever had an account with has always done whatever they can to provide me with what I need. I guess this place doesn't know how to treat their customers kindly and effectively. I will not be going there with my business any longer.
