Worst place i have ever lived, seems great at first but they never fix anything our air conditioner hasnt worked in 4 months, i csll them everyday and speak to them in person, they say they will fix it but never do going on over 4 months now! Its 87 degrees in here and they know i have 2 yr old, no one seems to care, and i pay my rent on time every month, its rediculous dont come here ever! Its not worth it! My neighbors said the same thing

Horrible place to rent from. Office does not care about you while you live here. As long as they get the rent from you, you are just another paycheck to them. Roaches in the cabinets, ac was not working. No working fridge, broken patio fence and horrible enviroment. Kids destroying the apartment complex and the office does not care. Do not rent from here!

Don't let the pictures fool you. These are SLUMS. Dangerous place. I lived here for 6 months and was dying to get out during my first month! My first week here my car got smashed open and vandalized. Staff did nothing as there's no cameras or anything. My apartment got broken into one night when I wasn't home. I came home to my bedroom window smashed all over the carpet and my bed! They didn't even steal anything, just smashed the window! Everywhere you look there's shady residents watching you walk to your car, take out the trash, and doing your laundry. Oh and there's no supervision among the kids at this place. They throw rocks and things at your door and harass the pizza guy when he tries to walk to your door. Awful. Oh and the AC doesn't work, the cabinets were full of roaches when I moved in. When I moved out I was charged $500 for some mold that apparently accumulated UNDER THE CARPET which I had no way of knowing about?? And the AC wasn't even working so as far as I'm concerned there was nothing I could do about it. The management will gladly squeeze as much money out of you that they possibly can.

Rotten place to live. so sorry i signed.Roaches, old falling apart appliances and cabinets. shootings at night. office staff only concerned with taking your money. who requires a 60 day move out notice? ashley park in bmt does. maintenance dont care about repair being done right. family afraid because of gunshots into cars.Please dont move to this place ; free rent not important--no roaches and safety and repairs important!!!
