I almost died because the radiologist reading my MRI did not report significant findings to my doctor and instead said it was all clear. Thankfully I knew something was very wrong being a nurse myself and went elsewhere for another MRI and my condition was caught and treated. However according to my neurologist I was days away from irreparable and possibly fatal damage because my condition was not treated in a timely manor.

After telling several family members about my experiences I have now heard first hand stories from family members with the same experience. One is currently dying from cancer bc this place said her MRI was all clear and she went a year before getting another MRI somewhere else. When her doctor In Houston saw the images of her first MRI he was appalled that it was given the all clear when she already had metastasis of her cancer clear as day on her images at that time.

Another family member was told she had no tumor and in fact she did have a very large tumor that ended up needing emergency surgery to save her life because she was not treated in a timely manor based on her MRI at Beaumont MRI.

The imaging technicians may be fantastic here but the person reading these exams obviously has no clue what they are doing.

I had an MRI done here and they were great! Very patient with me. I'm very claustrophobic and they gave my meds time to take effect and were very accommodating to my special needs. I highly recommend this facility.
