My family and I had family night out last week and out of all the places we could have gone we all chose to go to Cinemark Tinseltown Movie Theaters. Upon our arrival the cashier never greeted us, her appearance wasn't professional to be at the front booth. She had a very nasty attitude with me. To make a long story short. I purchased a total of 7 tickets which came to a total of $62 and some change. The youngest child was 5 years old. She asked their ages and I told her their ages. She still gave us the lead way to enter the facility When we reached the person that takes the tickets and point us in the right direction, she asked the children ages too and once again I gave her their ages. She then says ''The five year old cannot see this movie.'' I said ''Why the cashier didn't inform me of that?'' She said '' I don't know ma'am.'' I then went back to the cashier and by this time the lines was extremely long. I finally got to the cashier and asked her Why she didn't inform me of the age policy. She says '' My bad.'' I was so upset because I purchased these tickets, the movie started and I was not feeling the movies anymore. I purchased 6 PG tickets and it was an additional charge because it was in 3D. I then said ''I want a full refund.'' The cashier passed a few words and called her manager whom was worse than she was. That was our First time going to this Theater and I will never try to attempt to go there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place either.

The holidays were very hectic and to unwind and get away from others my love and I would take in a movie. Some earlier in day and more during the later evening. The theaters were clean. Quite, and perfect for for holding hands and cuddling. Since its college break we loved the atmosphere and quite time for us. The prices are outrageous. The food and drink prices could use a discount. We flew off to our respective places but Dec. 2012 will always be ours @. Movies!

Liked the whole theater. Big screens. Friendly staff. Very clean.. But pricey popcorn n drinks. No refills unless u ask a manager.. And creepy bathdrooms.
