Bought my new Chevy Captiva on Feb. 27th and its been to shop 7 times. Only thing management says is that I need to be more flexible with the problem.(Im sorry but 7 times in 3 months is me being more than flexible)

Bought a new car 3 months ago and it's been in shop 7 times. Just pulled it out the other day with frozen ac(4th time for ac) and its frozen again. Management refuses to fix the problem.

I recently bought a used Sequoia from Classic Chevrolet. There were a couple of issues that they fixed for me without any hassle. Mark Cricchio and Colby Perrodin worked diligently and went out of their way to be sure that I was happy with my purchase. When my Sequoia was ready for me to pick up, it had been raining heavily for days and was storming at the time it was ready. Colby made arrangements that I could pick it up on a Saturday; however when Saturday came, I didn't have to drive the loaner car they gave to the dealership because Colby delivered my Sequoia to my house and picked up the loaner. I highly recommend Classic and Colby to anyone who wants another vehicle. I will be making ALL my vehicle purchases from them in the future and make sure that my family and friends do also.
