Had a custom computer built recently, and the entire process was fantastic. They communicated with me through the entire process so I knew what was going on, and it was great. Thank you guys

I bought a computer there last year and recently called and discussed having a additional program added. It normally comes in a bundle with additional programs that I do not need or want. I asked if I could have only the program I wanted and if it would be cheaper. I was told it was cheaper and could be done. I took in my computer a week later and once there I was told it had to be purchased as a bundle and when I tried to explain I had called and was told it could be done the person their said it was stupid not to load the bundle. I said it was my computer and if I didn't want additional programs loaded, it was my right not to have them. This seemed like the classic bait and switch to me. Promise you one thing then change after you take the time to go there for service. I expected so much more from them. They were so nice last year.
