Really deserves 0 stars! Very bad, sneaky, shady people. Bought a car from there, thought they were wonderful!! Kept everything up to date but my insurance one month. Had a altercation where someone put little dents in the car.. He asked us to bring in the car so he could take a look and give us an estimate. Since the insurance was purchased that day and not the day of the altercation, insurance would not cover it but we were not worried about the dents.after he gave us an estimate of 2900$ upfront, we decided we take it else where to get fixed. He became furious and said we messed up "his" car and that he does not want anyone to work on "his car" the car that i had been paying my hard earned money on!!!! He told us we could not get our car back bs refused to get on the phone because he could not tell us exactly what proves and why he will not release our car back. I clearly remember the lady stating as i signed my paperwork that he would "prefer" we let him fix the car if anything happens rather than take it elsewhere. I did not sign anywhere that he had the right to fix my car only. So of course I had to call into work and got the cops involved. After revealing my main defense of I didn't sign only he could work on my car, by the time I found a ride there he had then typed up a fake repossession for damage to car like how did you repossess my car if I bought it to you to "take a look at"!? So sneaky and shady. With that piece of paper the police didn't want to hear anything. So I struggled getting to work with 2 kids and had to quit eventually 2 months later! It's so wrong how I invested so much money and because he was not going to get paid big money by my insurance so he wanted to charge 2900$ anyway so he kept my car . I didn't see any of that coming. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!! Very money hungry,
