Worked with Gaven at ECP Computers for several weeks to pick the right components for a new computer build. His knowledge and recommendations were extremely helpful. Gaven finished building my new computer in a timely manner going above and beyond what others may have done. If you want professional, old fashion customer service, go see him. You won't be disappointed. I have recommended ECP Computers to several of my friends and they were all very satisfied. 5 stars... Thanks Gaven!

Terrible experience. They even messed up and forgot to clear their search history on my computer of them trying to Google the solution. All they did at end was call to ask if I wanted to backup because they were gonna format it....that means "oh can't fix it better erase". If I wanted poor handling of the issue I would have handed it to geek squad.

No other store in Beaumont compares to the computer repair ecp offers. They have the best prices on cables in southeast Texas, hand down. As a computer junkie for the last 25 years, I am happy there is a local company that actually does what they say, without the corporate stupidity.
