The customer service was great. They just didn't have the particular size vehicle giving my size and height I needed leg room but I settled for the next available size. I also love the fact that one of the employees (John) actually came to pick me up in my rental car because I didn't have a ride to go and get the rental car from them and I dropped him back off.

I and my sister who needed reliable transportation over the week of 12/31/2015 through 1/6/2016 were able to get a great car only hours before closing on New Year's Eve. Car was great and performed flawlessly. The service from the folks at the counter was excellent. About the only downside of this rental was that the car, although it did have Bluetooth phone connectivity would only allow music to be played via a audio cable. But that was no fault of Enterprise ... Had a really good experience. Thanks guys ... !~
