They went above and beyond. My temp job was only supposed to last from August until December 2018. I was laid off from that same job January 2020.
The HT Group doesn't normally handle jobs in my field of work and I didn't realize this until I was laid off and asked if they had anything they could send me. Very apologetically they explained about not handling my profession. The company that I was working at apparently didn't bother to give the temp agency any notification of my pending layoff like they did not bother to give me. "Sorry but today is your last day" bites!
Almost 3 weeks after my layoff I seen that my phone was ringing and it was from the HT Group. Kind of confused I answered my phone and it was Melody. Calling to see if I had any work, prospects and she gave me two contacts and that was the end of that conversation. Hours later by phone rings again and I see that it is Melody again. She had been trying to reach me for a 1 day temp job that needed filling ASAP and would I be interested?
So to end this review, I have no clue as to how they treat other employees but if it's any way near how they treated me, THEY.ARE.AWESOME!
