I was trying to get a peice of glass cut.
I called first to make sure they sitll cut as well as sell, which they do. He informed me however they were out of glass but I could go to home depot (across the street who no longer cuts your glass) and then bring it to him.
Once I had my glass in hand I did exactly as instructed to find myself waiting on assistance for over 30 minutes at the glass counter as the gentlman who cuts, was in the back. Finally, an employee walked by and asked if I'd been helped which I said my call had been answered but I had been waiting over 30 minutes for sometone to physically show up.
He left and came back to tell me that he was sorry that I had waited so long but their machine was actually broken. He asked who I spoke to on the phone and it ended up being the same guy who just told him it was broken?? I seriously doubt that machine went down in the 10 minutes it took me to get to his store from the time I called before driving up there and waiting.
Very frusttating.
Now I have a peice of glass I can't get cut?

This store is the worst Lowes I've had to deal with in a long time. If you think about calling them don't waist your time you'll spend more time on hold and waiting for a person to answer the phone than you will getting answers. Coustmer service is crap special building projects try to talk you into more expensive items that you don't need. Then they don't offer any help when you need and most people look at like you plagued with something and avoid help you. Your best bet try another store and don't waist your time with this Lowes.

I came in for a few parts and the associate was extremely helpful, walking me across the store to various departments to help me get everything that I needed.

They have so many home items to buy and decorate your home with, Holiday Items are sold here to !

Sometimes I go to Lowes just to walk around and window shop. I'm like a kid in a candy store. This is one amazing store. Would love to work for them. It's always clean and organized, the associates are always try to be helpful. They give you there ultimate attention when you ask for help. I love shopping at Lowes.

This store has everything you could need for home improvement, and the prices are the best. Also, the store is clean, and the employees are always helpful.

This lowes reminds me of how it used to be when when you went into an old neighborhood hardwood store. The service and helpfulness was outstanding. Made me have a good feeling that the store really cared about me and my problems. They offered solutions for a range of budgets.

This has been an absolutely fantastic set of transactions related to a kitchen redo in my home. I could not be more pleased with the professional nature of the people in all three departments as well as the installation scheduling. Also the folks they contracted to do the installations have all been very professional and committed to the highest quality of work. The in-store personnel were all responsive, helpful, and courteous. No question on my part appeared to be ever silly or never too elementary for them to patiently answer everything I asked and they went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs or wants to take on a home improvement job.

Need to know about a plant but I was told she was just too busy for me at that time.

We used this lowes for our countertops. Contractor diregarded our measurment changes. Installation of counters was a fiasco. lowes contract plumber hooked up water lines backwards to the sink. Everything required two visits when it should have been one. I highly recommend going somwhere else. Do the installation yourself. Why pay for professional prices when they will send out installers that are unregulated. I believe that at lowes anybody can say they are capable and lowes will use them.

We we able to find what we needed and got assistance quickly.

Lowes is the place to go when you need anything for home re-decoration or repair. They have a good selection of tools and knowledgeable staff.

It is so nice having Lowes in Decatur. Employees have taken the time to answer all my questions, and help locate the items I was searching for.

Lowes in Greenville is a fantastic place to buy anything from plumbing supplies to gardening equipment. The service is wonderful!
