HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Go elsewhere! I made an appointment at Mike Smith Nissan for around 8 am and I did not get my vehicle back until about 5 pm that day!! I have never had to wait such a long time for service. All they did was simply reset the service engine soon light. I talked to the manager and he was very rude to me. Also, I was only told there are seven cars in front of me. It takes them nine hours to service seven cars? I will never give this place my business again.

They have friendly and helpful staff. The service was quick and affordable

I have never had an experience at Mike Smith that was anything less than complete satisfaction.

Every time I visit Mike Smith Honda, their "boys" treat me as a piece of crap! Yesterday, was the last time I stopped by their place. Instead of answering my question on the availability of a used model, the guy gave me a skeptical look and asked whether a new one is outside my budget... Should I explain my reasons for preferring a used car? The level of technical expertise was not very impressive either. I will avoid this place in the future for their lack of customer respect alone. Period.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my visit. I was contacted promptly and the service was excellent. The service I received surpassed my expectations. My vehicle was repaired the day I brought it in and I was very pleased.

I don`t think any improvements are needed at this store. The service is quick and professional. I love the "coupon" emails and I use them every time...AND I so appreciate the car wash that is included. GREAT JOB by all!!!!

I love going over to this Mike Smith Nissan in Beaumont to have my vehicle serviced. Great customer service... they finish in an allotted amount of time and to top it off I love that they clean your vehicle on the outside free of charge. I recommend this place to everybody.

Cody did a wonderful job in explaining everything to us about our new Odyssey. He sat in it with me and showed me how to work everything... and made sure I knew how to set everything after he explained it to me. Anthony was great in explaining all the financial matters to us. Very impressed with the salesman, sales manager and the finance officer. I am 68 years old and have never been in a service department that is so customer focused.

All of the personnel we dealt with were extremely friendly... helpful... and accommodating of our needs. Larry, sales representative... as well as the sales manager and financial service individual (I can`t remember their names at the moment) were all great to work with.
