I made a resevation with this company. After not receiving a confirmation, spoke with the owner in length about my reservation, confirming it, and going into detail about things (he event went on about other upcoming reservations he had). Days prior to my order date, attempted to contact this company 6 times, with no answer, and voice mail not set up yet. On the day of my reservation when I was promised by owner to have machines delivered between 3-4, at 4, i finally got ahold of owner, for him to tell my that my reservation was kicked out of the system due to a large amount of orders that he received (even after our phone conversation), he was overbooked and didn't even bother to notify me. So at that point, myself and my husband we're off of work hours early, $100 loss on alochol, and no machine 2 hours before our event started. He wasn't really willing to do anything about it. He had other orders to complete and was determined to do those before taking care of me (even though he confirmed my order was placed months before those), and was only willing to a backup machine to me hours after my party starting, still needing an hr for it to process, it wouldn't have been use. Even told me it wouldn't be worth his gas to bring it to me, and never ever offered a discount, or offer to reimburse for the $90 in product that was purchased per his recomendation, no solution....NOTHING ...... NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM.... UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER.
