I recently moved from here months ago. The place is infested with bedbugs that the management can't seem to control as the guy who owns the building won't fork over the money to properly get rid of the infestation. There's structural problems but I guess he'll get around to it when a resident gets hurt. There's a maintenance man who runs around picking on the older white residents and apartment hopping when he's not working with the residents; which is clearly posted in the lobby is against their code of conduct. Employees are not to fraternize with residents nor enter their apartments if it's not for professional reasons. The elevators are constantly breaking down which is a fire hazard for the other elderly people. And the windows are locked from the 4th floor up to the 6th which is another fire hazard not to mention a direct federal hud violation.



Only choose living here if you enjoy living in a building that is not being kept up to date.
