I have a complaint about an employee that works at your Fast Lane #29 store. Since this is the second issue concerning this employee I find it neccessary to report the incident to this company. The employee's name is Alarna. About twoo months ago I had two tickets, a Lotto ticket and a Power Ball ticket I wanted Alarna to swipe. I first gave her the Lotto ticket to swipe. After swiping that one she ask me if I wanted anything else. I said yes but only after I pay for that one. She said" give it to me now" I said no lets finish this one first. She said no give it to me now. I said no, why? She said don't to do all that walking. I then said" you are LAZY. She finally gave in and did what I had ask. Last week I had a Lotto ticket I wanted to buy and swipe another ticket. I gave her a Five Dollar Bill. She gave me the ticket and the number I had just baught and I looked at the numbers and began to walk toward the door to exit. I pushed the door half open and turned to Alarna and ask her" Where going let walk the door without giving me back my change? She did not say a word. Then I said to her. I WAS ONLY TRYING YOU OUT AND YOU WERE'NT GOING TO SAY ANYTHING WERE YOU? She said : I am not a Theft. Seems that way does it. Thank you for your actions
