Good Experience

I had them install a tow plate on my Jeep. They were more like a mom & pop shop which I find are usually better. The atmosphere is very informal so to some may appear unprofessional. They got the parts I needed in one day and installed the next. They even hooked everything up to the Class A motorhome and made sure all the fittings matched up and lights worked. Very pleasant to deal with. I had to leave messages but they did return my calls promptly. I will go back and would recommend them.

Came to Beaumont to get a hitch installed at U-Haul. After the very helpful manager of the U-Haul center told me that they apparently didn’t have a hitch that would fit my vehicle, he suggested going to Harry at Trailer Hitch Depot. Harry got me the hitch the next day, installed and out the door in 45mins. Even took the time to humor me with some pleasant conversation. In the end, I was out $50 more than what U-Haul had quoted, but it was worth the little extra to have it done in such a timely and professional manner. All the best to Harry and his staff.

I called looking for a specific item and the person I spoke to was not only rude but also was not helpful at all. When he told me they didn't have it, he simply hung up on me. I would never call or go by this business again after that experience.
