Very disappointed in the service and food!!! I could understand every place of business having an off day...but the last 4 times I went (each time hoping it would be better than the last) the service was horrible. The little girl aka high school kids taking our order couldn't concentrate on taking our order because she was too busy laughing and cutting up with the other kids working. She mistakenly assumed her microphone was off (it wasnt) and much to our shock she was making fun of not only myself and the person with me, but other customers going through the drive thru. After we finally received our food only to find that surprisingly it was completely wrong, we sent it back...only to get another wrong order...on the 3rd attempt I demanded to speak with the manager and rather than giving us a coupon for a free meal, or a discount on our meal that at this point we no longer wanted, she simply apologized in a very unapologetic manner. So, needless to say we have not, nor do we ever plan to return to ANY Sonic Drive Inn ...especially the one in Beaver Dam!!! If they would stop trying to cut corners and hire actual adults as opposed to kids then MAYBE the food and the service would improve, MAYBE THAT IS!!! They definitely won't be getting our business, nor will our family's eat there ever again. It's no wonder Sonic can't stay in business.

Tots were cold all of it was cold not very good. The carhop went to wrong car it was 8:30 on Monday night. They were not busy at all. Just really bad.
