Founded by a merger between Lutheral Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital, Beaver Dam Community Hospital has been operational for more than 30 years. A more than 300-bed acute care facility, it is a member of the American Hospital Association and Voluntary Hospitals of America. Located in Beaver Dam, Wis., the hospital serves more than 20,000 patients annually.
