In 2009, Karren and James Ko founded Advance Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, LLC in an 800 square foot facility. Since then, they have grown to become one of the best physical therapy and sports rehab facilitates in Beaver Dam and Dodge County, Wisconsin. We are proud of our new facility that is larger and allowed us to have an expanded rehab area. With our larger facility, we have hired more rehab specialists to get our patients back on their feet. We have also extended our hours to make more flexible for patients and students.
