Took my son's car for an oil change and tire rotation. Asked them to check the car over since he was leaving out of state with the car. I told them to call me if there are any concerns so those could be fixed before my son leaves. When I picked up the car, the mechanic wrote a note that rear shocks are leaking. I called him the next day and he assured that there was no safety concern with it. The only concern he had that the tires might wear uneven. Few days later, my son calls from Detroit that his shocks broke in the middle of Detroit rush hour. That was the last time I ever take my vehicles to this shop.
