I should've known better, to try this place again. They do great work, and they know it. But there's no excuse for booking the amount of appointments they cannot handle. I waited over x1 hour to be seen, and within the first 15 minutes FOUR people walked out. ALL clients mentioned they had waited x1-1.5 hours, WITH an appointment, and watched them continue to take walk-in's (found out later). If you don't have the staff....don't waste people's time!!

Wouldnt go anywhere else!! Been going here every 2 weeks for over a year. They are always friendly, know my name, and my nails look awesome!! Prices are great too!!

We have been to a few places and the service is always the best at star nails, they are friendly and make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. No matter how often you go they remember your name. Prices are fair, I would rather spend the money and get great service

I love this place. They're the best in Beaver Dam, they are very friendly, prices are cheapest, and they're nails last the longest. " least with me"!
