My husband Justin and I have purchased our used vehicles from Ron Lewis over the last 14 years. This year we were in the market for a new truck. We were very specific on what we wanted. Joby, Adam and their crew went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and on the deadline we gave them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I brought my certified pre-owned edge to get my air conditioner worked on bc it's under warranty until 2016 or 100,000 miles. I bought this at Washington Ford, which they are amazing. I didn't go to them bc it's an hr further than Ron Lewis. Next time I'll just drive the extra distance. After they argued & said that I didn't have any warranties besides the "Ron Lewis warranty & it wont cover, and my bill was going to be $184 before tax I said "I don't even have the Ron Lewis warranty..." then 10 min later after going thru his manager he soon learned what warranties I had, & that they covered.



THE BEST PART: After I got home I soon realized that they had REMOVED & REPLACED my license plate holder!!!!! I had a Washington Ford license plate holder & they REPLACED it with a Ron Lewis one! As if I want that!! As far as I'm concerned that's STEALING MY PERSONAL PROPERTY! My husband called to tell them we want ours back, they were very rude, but they knew exactly who we were!! How immature can you be? Not businesses-like at all!!! Avoid this Ford garage!

This dealer was extremely helpful when I went in to buy a car. they helped me find one that fit my needs and budget. The Finance department helped find suitable financing. Thank You Shawn W, and all the employees there. You have gained a customer for a long time.
