They are liars and con artist I asked if they home repair program was going to affect my credit score they said no I just recently got a bill and it shows a loan on my credit score and my points drop down if I knew it was going to affect me longterm like it did I didn't want the help I asked him HE said NO lies and the contractors that they said I had to pick from ROB TATES their sloppy they're nasty they're ignorant and rude and just because it's a program they feel that they can half step doing things to a person of their own standards going and renting a contractor they might treat them totally different but under the program with housing authority they are rude I will not ever do the program again it's not worth it because they don't even do everything they said they're going to do and my hard work on having a good credit score is affected.
