I Love the Friendly service and helpful knowledge offered. I have got belts and don't have to buy brand name with a wall of sizes to compare or look up size from model #. I have got a education on current models and features and life span etc....I am a need to know person and never any pressure to purchase.

If you have the option to get the part you need for your vacuum or scrubber somewhere else get it somewhere else do not go to this place

Just went there a couple weeks ago and bought a Miele Vaccum, it was the most expensive one but I don't regrett it. It cleans so good,is easy to maneuver and light to carry. The dust accumilation in my house is greatly redused.Even my husband notist that! The staff in the shop is friendly and very helpful (they can tell you which model gets fixed most often)
