Provided by YP.comHorrible store that won't own up to their own mistakes. Went in yesterday for my iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s batteries to be replaced. Got them back and they came out saying the iPhone 6 had "water damage" and that they couldn't replace the battery. TheiPhone 6s was battery was replaced. Got home and my iPhone 6 screen has an internal pressure crack so it's all blacked out in the lower left. The iPhone 6s is missing the two screws by the lightning port. I called them today and talked to Apple Service explaining it all, then get patched in to the "store manager" who just basically said I can come in for the screws, they won't mail them and tough luck on my iPhone 6. So I brought in a phone that didn't have a cracked screen and now it does and you tell me "sorry you can pay $299 for a new one but can't do anything about that", not a business that we should have any kind of faith in. Thanks "genius".

Provided by YP.comI was very tired and not wanting to go deal with some phone issues tonight after work and dinner. I had been having a problem ever since I switched to a new phone. I called Verizon after having no luck at one of their stores, and after the run-around they told me it was an Apple problem and not them. I went into the Apple store tonight ready for the same response and ready to wait forever. I was greeted quickly and given a tech to help, who ran some different settings on my phone and then took out my sim card and tried it on a different phone to prove it was the service and not the I-phone. He then picked up the phone and called Verizon on my behalf, talked to a level two tech and they figured it out together, Apple store at The Greene you deserve Customer Service awards and accolades. Thank you John so very much!! you are an asset to your store and company!! and that's how customer satisfaction is won.

Provided by YP.comMy daughter's IPad shut down and wouldn't reboot. Kevin fixed it and explained exactly what caused the problem. I highly recommend this location for all your Apple products. All the employees were friendly

Provided by YP.comI accidentally deleted my calendar on my IPhone but it was still on my iPad. A guy named Kris H. was helping me while shuffling people as they came in, as he was assigned to do. It took him only about 30 minutes and he figured out my problem and restored my calendar! I couldn't be happier!!
