Will not buy from them again. Waited two months for my chair to show up. I spoke with three people and only one of them was helpful and wasn't rude.

Bought a living room set back in may it broke 2-3weeks later called the fiance company told them they told me to Call the extend warranty company.To have them come.repair it if you read the warranty it comes with a 1year fabric 5year frame 5year recliners. So I should not have to use my extend warranty I have been calling every week since the end of may u had a fiance lady tell me if I didn't pay the last $500 she was going to send the cops cops dogs lawyer locksmith and there truck and cut my door down and take my living room set I already paid over $1100 on I was told if I paid the couch off the won't fix it so I told them to get a guy out to my house now to look at it and he's telling me the whole set is damaged so I Call Ashley they tell me they will have a gm Call me Yup no Call back so I called the owner of the store Yup no Call back the fiance lady calls me says their on their way out 3 1/2 months later time get my couchs time fix them .I didn't let them have them due to the fact I will be with no couches for 14 days they told me their no good I have kids now I just want new ones and not have to pay the rest off for How I was treated don't shop here they will take your money and screw you over!!!

Complete joke. No service, crap furniture, promises to help you and then hang you out to dry. The most pathetic place in Dayton and probably the country. Thank god all these companies that have zero care for customer service are going out of business. If you like being lied to and being sold overpriced furniture made out of complete crap components then you have found the right place. Beware that this crap hole goes under multiple names like Ashley Furniture.
