Bob's Auto has been, by far, one of the best auto experiences I've ever had. I've lived in Dayton for 10 years and have finally found my auto mechanic!!



I visited Bob's Auto in January of 2010 for a power steering issue with my Chevy Cobalt. I worked with Michael, and he was AMAZING! He was able to get me into the shop almost immediately and diagnosed my car right away. Michael was always available to take my phone calls and answer my questions. He even helped agree upon a price that would work for the both of us.



It's now July 2010 and the power steering part on my '06 Cobalt was recalled. I needed documentation of service to get a refund (and of course, I had lost my invoice). Michael returned my phone call after hours, and let me know he would be in contact with the billing department. The very next day, I got a call (and then a fax) with my invoice. Thanks to their wonderful service, I will hopefully be getting the money back for the recalled part.



Auto places love to take advantage of young females who are clueless about cars...but Bob's Auto (and Michael) were honest, respectable, punctual, and very reasonably priced. Take your car here...you won't be disappointed.
