'm actually still fighting with them over charges, fees, utilities and I moved out almost 3 months ago. They're terrible. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The people in the office tell you something about the agreement or what you owe, and next thing you know, that person "no longer works there" and they charge you more and hold you to different terms and if you try to disagree they will just harvest it out of your security deposit, etc. They stop returning or taking calls to deter you. No 2 people in the office will tell you the same thing. Hard to know what's expected of you until it's too late. And heaven forbid you have to move before your lease is up. They'll make you pay a hefty penalty or do a complete lease buyout (which us what they made me do). Then they'll leave the utilities in your name after you're gone. Don't get burned. Avoid this place.
