The so called manager was very rude to my friends and I as we are all 18-20 and refused to let us see a dog. We have never been id'd in this store in the 100 times we came in. I'm not thrilled with the way they treated us. I do not recommend you going into this store.

My boyfriend and I decided to go look at puppies and maybe see if we could get one out. We both figured that Fetch would appreciate people playing with the little pups, considering they're in cages so much. Fetch charges a dollar per person per puppy to play. I approached an employee and she was extremely standoffish from the start. She didn't greet us with a smile or anything. I asked her if we could see a Shiba Inu. She asked me if I had my ID, but I had left it in the car. She said that nobody under 18 can see a puppy. (I'm 18.) My boyfriend came over, since he had his ID, and asked if since he had his with him, maybe he could go in with me. She proceeded to yell at him and chase us out of the store. I have been to Fetch before, and I see young kids in strollers get to play with puppies. I don't understand what was so different about our situation. My boyfriend and I both were shocked that an employee would treat customers that way. I had actually planned on buying a couple of things for my cat from Fetch, but after that, I think that I will take my business somewhere that doesn't chase me out of the store for asking a question as a paying customer.

I bought a 5 month old corgi puppy from Fetch back in 1999. After 2 years, he started viciously biting us. I took him to obedience school which did not help. Our vet told us to put him down, but we loved him. We learned to deal with him, but we could get bitten at any time. Now, he has a degenerative condition that made him a cripple. He has suffered for a year. Responsible breeding practices would've prevented this. Fetch buys puppies from puppy mills. Don't buy your puppy from Fetch, no matter how cute they seem. I am making it my mission to get the word out.
