I ordered furniture from kings furniture a month ago only under the condition that I had it by a certain date. I was guaranteed delivery by June 15th. I got a call at the exact time the furniture was supposed to be arriving on the day of telling me my couches aren't in yet. I was upset but nothing I could do. They rescheduled me for the next Saturday and the same thing happened phone call after waiting all day at the time they were supposed to deliver. This is 4 weeks later and same deal still no couches. They refuse to refund my money and from other stores I have shopped in I have been told they have a reputation for this. I don't suggest buying from the beavercreek of miamisburg store. I have never had more terrible service.

Beyond disgusted! Ordered bedroom set for daughter; scheduled delivery for Jun 18th advising I needed early delivery we're moving out of state same day; I later changed date to July 3rd; given time of delivery between 12-6 reiterated issue;July 3rd I called at 10, told I was on delivery list, told to call main store to get time;called & spoken to rudely by Jessica; said she had no info other than I was on list & would be between 12-6; reiterated I had a truck rented waiting & was driving out of state (ordered lg truck for the new furniture!); 5:30 & call again-15 min. later owner, Tony, calls saying he's so sorry the furniture came in that morning (even though original delivery was Jun) destroyed & warehouse & svc mgr was supposed to call me; he assured he did a rush order & new set would be here 7-10 business days & he would immediately deliver to daughter in NC; 7 days I called, 10 days I called kept getting different delivery; s/w another rude lady who told me I can't have a refund; owner continues to refuse all my calls; s/w Jessica, svc mgr, Mon Jul 24th guaranteed they were just waiting on bed & would be there Wed the 26th that she had spoken with manuf-no call rec'd on 26th; 27th s/w with her & she said bed came in & she guaranteed she'd call me Fri w/ day & time they'd have it delivered THIS WEEKEND (28/29 Jul)-no call; called store the 28th-Tony refused my call & I s/w horrible rude man named Mike telling me I was LUCKY they were even delivering & someone would call me Mon b/c Jessica is out & she was the only one who could schedule delivery even though SHE had told me TONY was arranging the delivery!! Tony was there refused call. Meantime I'm having to PAY the finance Co w/NO FURNITURE & daughter sleeping on floor! I told Mike that if Tony didn't call me back I'd be at the store when it opened & will wait to talk to Owner & he said, "That's fine, store is full of comfy couches you can sit on all day!" WORST SVC EVER!!! I have now filed a BBB complaint

Don't waste your money here! After our 3 year old leather sofa/love seat/recliner started ripping and peeling, we were told by the manager that's what happens to OLD furniture :/. Only buy from here if you plan on never sitting on your furniture--it's made cheap and crappy!
