The front desk staff needs a hospitality class on how to interact with costumers. When you walk in you will not be greeted by a hello you will get stared at till you say hello only for them to follow it up with a yes can I help you..... Secondly I got my classes there I picked them out the lady measured my eye spacing never asked if I wanted anti glare or Any other "extras" I've been wearing glasses since I was 7years old and they all have came with anti glare well not these. When I went back to get my contacts looked at I mentioned it to the front desk lady when I asked for my script to order a new pair off line (15$ for everything I want is still better then free when I cant even watch tv without seeing a reflection of them tv through my glasses) she told me I will just have to get use to it.... definitely the worst place to ever go....

Poor customer service. I took my son for his first pair of glasses and arrived 10 minutes early for his appointment only to have to wait 45 minutes after his appointment time for him to be called back. The receptionist behind the desk seemed like it killed her to do anything but look away from her computer screen and was very rude. Originally we were told it would take 2 weeks for his glasses to come in. They never called, so when I did call after waiting 3 weeks I was told the glasses were on back order from the manufacturer. We didn't receive his glasses until after a month of our order date which is unacceptable seems how competitors can get your glasses in a hour or less. My father and brother have had similar waiting times for their appointments and have had the same poor customer service. My brother after ordering a pair of safety glasses for his occupation, was seeing rainbows and flashes of light when wearing his glasses. When he called the office they simply told him it 'was normal and to give the new glasses a week or two in order for him to adjust to wearing them'. He took them back after a week and one of the employees said that there seemed to be a 'gap' or 'bubble in the lenses'. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE for any means no matter what insurance provider you carry. It would be worth it to charge the credit card and go some where else.
