This DR office has been nothing but professional in dealing with me and I recommend them to anyone who needs a caring DOCTOR PC Rick Call is the one and follows up on all issues What the sick people forget is that we the ones asking him for help arnt always so peachy to deal with. They do the best they can considering us complainers and our problems we bring in there. Ricks the best in my book ! Sharon B 72 yrs young

Don't go here. Not a real MD. Just a PA. The MD running the office has never been seen. The staff is incredibly incompetent. Can't get prescriptions forwarded next door to pharmacy and when they do it's for one or two months. Then I've been trying to get a referral appointment for one month. "OH, THAT WASN"T TAKEN CARE OF" is what I got and still no appointment. Going elsewhere.

I had such high hopes that I had finally found a PA that I could depend on and work with. I got in fairly quickly, the PA ordered test in a timely manner. Then nothing. I waited weeks for a referal, was treated rudely by the Pa and office staff when I pushed for my referals. They were quick to play the blame game. It was my fault, the insurance companies fault, everyones fault but them. I finally transfered to Redi-Med in Midland, where my Primary Care Physician is (he is suppose to oversee the Beaverton Office), within 10 minutes I had a referal to a specialist and had the second one I needed the next day. I was told by the office staff that there were 51 people waiting for referals. If you have a serious condition, that needs attention in timely manner, do not go there. I wasted weeks getting the help I needed by trusting them.
