They denied my application due to a criminal background check that didn't come through yet. They assumed that I was a criminal because they found a case brought up against me without a verdict. When I asked why did they assume, I was transferred to the owner Matt Bemrose. He began to restate a reasoning for their assumptions and said my application will remain denied till the background check will clear. Leaving my wife, children and I without a chance of renting the beautiful home that we spent so much time looking for. Not only that but this dude began yelling at me because I began to ask why I had to be considered denied if my info was pending another week.



These people are just plain stupid. They want to make assumptions on others but have none made on them when they are caught screwing up.



Come to find out, the initial person that transferred me was his wife so I guess he yelled at me to defend her honor. But what about mine?
